Vendor of Sweets is Story of Jagan, an orthodox Hindu Brahmin and owner of a sweets shop, has come up the hard way in life following Gandhian principle, signifies purity in all formats of life, is totally disapproved by his own son who goes to America, marries a girl of his choice and returns back home which causes an upheaval in Jagan and his friends Narasimhas life.
Om serien: Swami and Friends revolves around the life of ten-year-old Swaminathan, or Swami as he is known. Swami portrays the growing pangs of a boy who despises school, as he makes excuses and roams around Malgudi with his friends.
